Katie Halsell, APRN, recently joined the Washington Regional stroke program where she provides evaluation and treatment for stroke patients in the hospital.
Halsell earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama with a dual focus on acute care gerontology and family nurse practitioner. She has seven years of experience as a registered nurse and previously cared for patients in the Washington Regional emergency department.
