Matthew Sharum, MD, recently joined Mercy Fort Smith as an ear, nose, and throat specialist. He began seeing patients in July at Mercy Clinic Ear, Nose, and Throat – Tower West and at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith.
Sharum is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Univeristaet Regensburg in Germany, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He served his residency with the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
“I love the patients that I work with,” he said. “I love getting to work with my hands, and I love the combination of medicine and surgery.”
