Baptist Health Home Health Network-Heber Springs announced that it has been named a 2016 Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey. The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing healthcare organizations that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile or above of performance in Patient Experience.
The Guardian of Excellence Award, a nationally-recognized healthcare achievement, was given to Baptist Health Home Health Network-Heber Springs on Thursday, Nov. 3, by Press Ganey CEO Patrick Ryan. Presented annually, the award honors organizations who consistently sustained performance in the top 5 percent of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
Heber Springs home health agency provides nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and certified nursing aide services in all of Cleburne County and parts of Faulkner, Independence, Van Buren and White counties.

According to Roberson, the award represents an important recognition from the industry’s leader in measuring, understanding and improving the patient experience and although the agency serves in small towns and rural communities, it still holds to high, nationally recognized standards of care.
