Craig Levoy, MD, board-certified in family medicine, recently joined the active medical staff of Northwest Health as medical director of the Community Quality Alliance (CQA). Levoy also will be accepting new patients at Northwest Medical Plaza – Bentonville located at 601 SW Regional Airport Blvd. in Bentonville.
As medical director of the CQA, Levoy will be working with the Northwest Health team, under the guidance of the executive director and board of trustees, to support its network of providers by helping achieve the clinical goals and priorities of the CQA.
“Clinically Integrated Networks, like the CQA, are organizations that have an amazing potential to impact the quality of care delivered in their communities by bringing health care providers together to form best-practices and institute quality goals,” he said. “I look forward to working with our team to further our mission. I am optimistic that our work will create a positive impact on the lives of our community members by elevating the quality of health care.”
Levoy recently moved to Northwest Arkansas from St. Petersburg, Fla., where he practiced medicine at Bayfront Health Medical Group and also served as medical director at Orlando Health West Medical Group.
Levoy received a medical education at University of South Florida – Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. He completed a family medicine residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, Fla.
