Due to the growth of the practice, which is currently splitting space on three different floors at Baptist Health Medical Center, CARTI is expanding its footprint and creating an updated, spacious clinic for its North Little Rock patients. The new construction will be two stories and nearly 24,000 square feet.
A lease for the building was signed, and is with SETUp, Inc. Polk Stanley Wilcox are the architects, and Flake and Kelley Commercial will manage the building.
Once all of the designs are completed, the project is estimated to take 12 months.
Drs. Kewas Jauss, Diane Wilder, Omer Khalil, Kamal Patel, and Mark Storey will all continue to see patients in the new North Little Rock clinic.
