CARTI Names Jake Stover as CFO, Rebecca Pearrow as VP of Business Development

CARTI has named two new members to its senior management team, according to Adam Head, president and chief executive officer of the statewide network of cancer care providers.

Jake Stover has joined CARTI as chief financial officer and vice president of financial affairs, while Rebecca Pearrow will serve as vice president of business development.

“We are excited to welcome both Jake and Rebecca to the leadership team,” said Head. “Each brings a unique skill set that, when combined with their extensive experience in healthcare administration, are sure to be valuable assets as we continue mapping the growth of this organization and the advancement of our mission at CARTI.”

Stover is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he received a Bachelor of Health Science degree and was named as the inaugural Academic All-American while playing Division 1 baseball for the UALR Trojans. Also holding an undergraduate certificate in accounting, Stover later earned a Master of Health Services Administration degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Prior to joining CARTI, Stover most recently served as associate vice chancellor for finance, and as treasurer at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Stover currently resides in Little Rock with his wife, Victoria, and their five children.

A native Arkansan from Newport, Pearrow is a magna cum laude graduate of Arkansas Tech University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation before later earning a Master of Business Administration at Harding University.

Pearrow most recently served as director of marketing and business development at Northwest Health/Siloam Springs Regional Hospital in Siloam Springs.

Relocating to Little Rock from Northwest Arkansas, Pearrow and her husband, Nathan, are the parents of two daughters.
