Arkansas Urology Merges with Conway Urology

Arkansas Urology has acquired Conway Urology, an independent group practice located at 495 Hogan Lane.  Two physicians and two nurse practitioners will join Arkansas Urology with this merger.

Originally a one-physician practice, Conway Urology began providing comprehensive urological care in 1987. In the acquisition, the Conway location will adopt the Arkansas Urology name, and the current care providers, Dr. Jeff Marrotte, Dr. James France, Christie Dumbowski, APN, and Shawn Clawson, APN, will continue to serve patients. In addition, Dr. Robbie Hurtt joins the practice to further provide access to the ever growing population in Conway and Faulkner County.

“Arkansas Urology is excited with this merger of Conway Urology. Not only will this expand our service area, it will create better convenience for patients in central Arkansas,” said E. Scot Davis, CEO at Arkansas Urology. “This acquisition will enhance our existing network, and help Arkansas Urology expand our Centers of Excellence and commitment to advanced technologies within the state for the patients we serve.”

The clinic will remain at the current location in Conway, but will have access to existing and new services already provided through Arkansas Urology.

“The physicians of Arkansas Urology are committed to providing the best, most convenient care to enhance the quality of life for our patients,” said Dr. Tim Langford, president of Arkansas Urology.  “We are honored to be able to partner with Drs. Marotte and France, and bring our combined level of expertise to the residents of Conway, and will continue our long history of exceptional care to the patients we serve throughout Arkansas.”

“We are excited to join an exceptional clinic such as Arkansas Urology,” said Dr. Jeff Marotte.  “We are pleased to offer a larger staff that can handle the complexities of running a specialty clinic with the best patient care possible, and state of the art technology.”
