The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Schmieding Caregiver Training Program and Walgreens are working together to provide adult vaccinations Oct. 20 at the UAMS Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging.
From 9-11 a.m., on the second floor of the Reynolds Institute, 629 Jack Stephens Drive, adult vaccinations will be administered for flu and pneumonia. A TDap (tetanus, diphtheria and whooping cough) booster vaccine will be offered, as well. Educational information on the importance of vaccinations will be distributed to patients.
