Dr. Erica Stokes and APRN Fred Spears recently joined Baptist Health Family Clinic-Otter Creek in Little Rock.  

Stokes earned her medical degree from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine in 2013. She then completed a one-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Nashville General Hospital in Tennessee and a three-year residency in family medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Healthy Active Arkansas (HAA) will host an ambassador training on Sept. 22, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Arkansas Department of Health, located at 4815 W. Markham St. in Little Rock. The goal of the training is to provide attendees ideas and tools that can support the creation of projects that generate a culture of physical activity and good nutrition in their school, workplace, or community.
