Arkansas Health Network (AHN), a physician-led, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) serving Arkansas patients, providers, and employers through a value-based approach to healthcare, has promoted Camille Wilson as vice president of population health management. Wilson, who played a key leadership role in the development of AHN’s advanced care management and associated capabilities since joining AHN as director of population health in 2017, will continue in this expanded role.
R. Clinton Horan, MD, board-certified neurologist, recently joined the active medical staff of Northwest Health, practicing at Northwest Neurology - Fayetteville. The clinic is located at 1695 E. Rainforest Rd., Suite 4 in Fayetteville, and he is currently accepting new patients.
The Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) Auxiliary donated $1.4 million to Arkansas Children’s Hospital to support pediatric care for the children and families of Arkansas and beyond.
“The ACH Auxiliary is so proud to support Arkansas Children’s Hospital,” said Ashley Parker, 2022 ACH Auxiliary president. “The past few years have brought a number of challenges, but we are incredibly thankful for our donors, members and leaders who help support the mission of making children better today and healthier tomorrow.”
Degrees and certificates were conferred to 942 graduates of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences’ (UAMS) five colleges and graduate school.
Degrees were awarded to 162 in the College of Medicine, 182 in the College of Nursing, 91 in the College of Pharmacy, 67 in the Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health, 382 in the College of Health Professions, and 58 in the graduate school.
Sheena CarlLee, MD, recently joined Washington Regional Plaza Internal Medicine Clinic in Fayetteville, where she provides comprehensive care for patients ages 18 and older including women’s health, preventive care, physicals and routine checkups, and evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
