Baptist Health recently announced promotions to its system leadership.

Joni Stephenson has been promoted to corporate vice president of human resources for Baptist Health. She has been in human resources roles since 2003, including 16 years at Baptist Health, where she began in central staffing nurse recruitment in 2005.

CHI St. Vincent has received top rankings in the U.S. News & World Report’s 2024-2025 Best Hospitals list. The CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute was listed as the No. 1 heart program in Arkansas for the fourth consecutive year, while the CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, and CHI St. Vincent North each received prestigious recognitions on the list across multiple categories of care.

Baptist Health Women’s Clinic-Conway recently welcomed Micah Wiegel, MD.

Wiegel, born and raised in Benton, received a medical degree and completed a residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He went on to become board-certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is also a fellow in the American College of Obstetrician and Gynecologists (FACOG).

The CARTI Clinic in Conway, overseen by Taylor Moore, MD, a board-certified urologist, and Christie Dumboski, APRN, a urology-focused nurse practitioner, offers leading-edge care to patients facing urologic conditions and related issues. The new facility at 410 Denison Street is directly across from the CARTI Cancer Center in Conway.
