30 MAR / APR 2025 I HEALTHCARE JOURNAL OF ARKANSAS Trenesha Hill, PhD Trenesha Hill, PhD, is a pediatric psychologist and assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UAMS. She completed a doctoral degree at Tulane University. She then completed a two-year combined clinical and research fellowship in the Autism Spectrum Disorder and Neurodevelopmental Disorders Track at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Hill’s clinical work involves the assessment of neurodevelopmental (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) and psychological (e.g., anxiety, depres- sion) disorders in children and adolescents. Her research interests focus on addressing mental health dis- parities in autistic and disadvantaged youth, particularly Black females, and investigating mechanisms of psychopathology in autistic youth. Tiffany Lepard, MS, LCGC Tiffany Lepard is a genetic counselor at the University of Arkansas Partners for Inclusive Communities. She is also an adjunct associate professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Tiffany has over 15 years of experience as a genetic counselor. In her current role, she works in an interdisciplinary clinic evaluat- ing children for neurodevelopmental disabilities and trains other providers throughout the state on how to conduct these evaluations. Tiffany’s area of expertise is neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders. Chayla Slaton, PhD Chayla Slaton, PhD, is a pediatric psychologist and assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, with a background in school psychology. Her clinical work is at the James L. Dennis Developmental Center and outpatient clinics at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, in the area of consultation and evaluation of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning concerns, and behavioral concerns. Elizabeth Pulliam, PsyD Elizabeth Pulliam, PsyD, is an Associate Professor and pediatric psychologist at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Department of Pediatrics. Pulliam provides services to children and families at the UAMS James L. Dennis Developmental Center (DDC), where she serves as director of psychology services, and at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She specializes in providing consultation, evaluation, and treatment to children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental challenges, medical comorbidities, and emotional/ behavioral difficulties. Pulliam also serves as psychology discipline coordinator for the Arkansas Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program, an interdisciplinary leadership training pro- gram for graduate students. Rachel Wingfield, PhD Rachel Wingfield, PhD, is a pediatric psychologist and assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her work is at the Dennis Development Center, outpatient clinics at Arkan- sas Children’s Hospital, and supporting inpatient behavioral health consultations. Wingfield’s clinical work includes pediatric feeding disorders, avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder, gastrointestinal disorders, behavior management, and sleep difficulties.
