DHS has recently launched a new way to reach out to the eligibility team to ask a ques- tion about a case or application. This new feature is called Access Anywhere, and it’s available by visiting ar.gov/accessanywhere. Since DHS workers in offices across the state can access a client’s case and give the assistance they need, beneficiaries no longer have to wait on hold if they have questions about their SNAP, Medicaid, or TEAbenefits. WithAccess Anywhere, beneficiaries can fill out a short form, and a representative from the DHS Division of County Operations will contact them to help answer any questions regarding their Medicaid, SNAP, or TEA benefits. n Amber El-Amin is the public information coordinator for Medicaid at the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
