HEALTHCARE JOURNAL OF ARKANSAS I  NOV / DEC 2019 9 Director of the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services Arkansas Department of Human Services One OnOne JAY HILL Jay Hill joined the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) in 2006 as a risk management investigator with the Arkansas Health Center (AHC). He was promoted to AHC facility director in 2011, and has served as director of the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services (DAABHS) since January 2017. Prior to joining DHS, Hill held various leadership positions with large corporations, including Wal-Mart and Acxiom Corporation, and also served as a special agent with the United States Secret Service. Hill received a BA from the University of Central Arkansas in 1994.
